I Abandoned This 7.3 Powerstroke Swap 6 Years Ago…. Until Now

It’s finally time to bring this forgotten Bullnose back to life. About 6 years ago, I started swapping a 7.3 Powerstroke into this Ford F-250 Bullnose… and then life happened. The truck got pushed to the side, and the project sat unfinished for years. Now I’m dragging it back out and getting serious about putting it back on the road. In this video, I go over the truck, the 7.3 Powerstroke swap, what was done years ago, what still needs to be finished, and where I plan to take the build from here. This is just the beginning. There’s plenty more to come as I work through the problems, finish the swap, and hopefully get this old Bullnose back on the road where it belongs.
