三宅由佳莉さんが歌う「里の秋」/ Yukari Miyake sings "Sato no Aki (Autumn in a village)"

On 17 Sept. 2014, at the Music Fest in Togo Shrine's Forest 2014, Yukari Miyake sang an old fashioned song "Sato no Aki (Autumn in a village)". Just after the Great East Asia War was terminated, Japan conducted a gigantic project to return to homeland and to demobilize 6 million soldiers dispatched overseas. At the time, homeland Japan whole was ruined and in a chaos, so it was not easy for returned soldiees to find their families. So there started a radio program "Fukuin Dayori (Information of demobilized soldiers)" This song was the theme song of the program and describes a family in a village waiting for their father or husband to return home alive and sound.
