ER Trip, Everything Shower & a 7PM Bedtime | Sunday Vlog.

Well… my peaceful Sunday routine started with my new cat accidentally getting outside, me chasing him down, and a bite that ultimately landed me in the ER. 😅 Thankfully, we recovered from the chaos — and the rest of this vlog is exactly the kind of slow Sunday night my body needed. I’m taking you along for my Sunday reset: phone on Do Not Disturb, an everything bath, my current hyper-fixation electrolyte drink, lots of time horizontal in bed, skincare, a cozy movie night, and my guasha routine before climbing into bed by 7 PM. Living with chronic illness has changed what “self-care” and rest look like for me. Sometimes the most luxurious thing I can give myself is permission to completely shut the world out, get horizontal, and make an ordinary night at home feel really, really good. Thanks for spending another cozy little slice of life with me. 🤍 If you’re navigating chronic illness too — or you’re just learning how to slow down and take better care of yourself — I’m glad you’re here. #ChronicIllnessVlog #SundayReset #SundayNightRoutine #CozyVlog #SelfCareRoutine #ChronicIllness #eveningroutine Glass 40oz Tumbler: https://a.co/d/09X8WcWj Goodonya Electrolytes: https://amzn.to/4xjaq0n True Grapefruit: https://amzn.to/3V0kjCz True Orange: https://amzn.to/4zYqgjr Star Projector: https://amzn.to/4A5eTpS Barefoot Dreams Robe: https://amzn.to/4mJpizJ Well People Face Lotion: https://amzn.to/4pTlQoV Well People Cleanser: https://amzn.to/4iUOmFG DpHue Hair Oil: https://amzn.to/46OZRqt Fontana Pumpkin Pie Candle: https://amzn.to/4xeDcPw Gold Bond Neck + Chest Cream: https://amzn.to/4xSx29e Stainless Steel Guasha: https://amzn.to/4hhRWsb Pumpkin Pajamas: https://www.hannaandersson.com/pajama...
