Spring Ptarmigan & Grouse Cookout | Small Game Hunting in Alaska

We embrace the sun filled spring days here in Alaska by heading out in the van in search of game birds. We harvest several species of ptarmigan and grouse over the course of three days and have a good old fashioned cookout on our trailer to celebrate the season.
