Sometimes we become so focused on caring for others that we suppress our own grief, disappointment, fear, or hurt. Over time, those unprocessed emotions can leave us feeling emotionally exhausted, disconnected, or overwhelmed. God never asks us to carry those burdens alone. He lovingly invites us to release what we've been holding onto and trust Him with the weight we've carried for far too long. 📖 Scripture: "Cast your cares on the Lord and He will sustain you; He will never let the righteous be shaken." — Psalm 55:22 Today, spend 5 intentional minutes with the Holy Spirit. Invite Him to gently reveal any emotions you've been storing instead of surrendering. You don't have to hide them, minimize them, or carry them alone.
