The Real Oscar Goodman Was the Relentless Mafia Lawyer Behind 'Casino' Movie

The lawyer standing next to Robert De Niro in Casino is not an actor. He is Oscar Goodman, the real attorney for the men the film is about, and the movie only shows a few minutes of what he actually did in a courtroom. This is the story of how he arrived in Las Vegas with 87 dollars, spent thirty years defending the most feared names in organized crime, and then asked the same city to put him in charge. #OscarGoodman #CasinoMovie #LasVegasMob
