BLOOM — a programme supporting Ukrainian entrepreneurship | Prosper Global

Building Livelihoods and Opportunities for Optimised Markets (BLOOM) The BLOOM program supports local and relocated war-affected businesses, helping them grow, create jobs, and strengthen community resilience across 12 regions of Ukraine. Entrepreneurs receive financial assistance ranging from $1,000 to $5,000 to support microbusiness initiatives and from $17,000 to $30,000 for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). They also gain access to vocational training, career counseling, legal assistance, and psychosocial support. To date, 951 microenterprises and 104 small and medium-sized enterprises have received grants, contributing to the creation and preservation of 312 jobs. More than 2,400 participants used professional skills development services, 5,157 received legal consultations, and 958 received psychosocial support.
