Three Years of Supporting Ukrainian Farmers. UASP Program Result

Prosper Global continues to support Ukrainian farmers affected by the war. Damaged infrastructure, lost equipment and limited access to resources make it increasingly difficult for farms and agricultural businesses to operate. The Ukraine Agricultural Support Program (UASP), implemented by Prosper Global with funding from the Howard G. Buffett Foundation, continues to provide assistance to agricultural producers affected by the war. Over three years of implementation, UASP, together with its partner organizations, has supported more than 3,000 farming households and agricultural businesses. More than 1,300 women have completed specialized training, while over 6,000 farmers across Ukraine have received legal and financial consultations. Behind every figure are farms that keep operating, people who are preserving their livelihoods, and communities where agriculture remains an important part of everyday life and the local economy.
