Creamy Sausage Gravy 1 lb. of your favorite Sausage (I used Jimmy Dean Hot) 1/2 stick (4 Tbsp) Salted Butter About 4 Tbsp. Flour (I used Self-Rising, but All Purpose is fine) About 1 c.
