Automated handling of dairy products: Robots from Schubert package portion packs into boxes

In October 2013, we supplied our customer in France with a TLM machine which packages 1,000 butter portion packs per minute into boxes. Line profile • Capacity of 1,000 products per minute • Package sizes with 2 × 3, 2 × 4 and 2 × 5 products per layer; lengthwise or crosswise product orientation • Up to 83 boxes per minute • Size change takes approx. 20 minutes • Gentle grouping of products without backups, pushing or stacking
