The Disappearance of a Swedish Beauty

The young woman left the café where she worked part-time on weekends and simply vanished. At first, no one could figure out what had happened. She hadn’t planned to be gone for long, hadn’t mentioned any problems, and hadn’t left anything behind that might explain her disappearance. But within the first few hours of the investigation, the police began to find strange clues. One clue led to another—and each one made investigators increasingly fear that the young woman had been the victim of a crime. Soon, her disappearance became the top news story in Sweden.
