🧘♀️ Five Elements Yoga for Balance & Inner Harmony ✨
We are all made up of the five elements of nature - Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Space. In yogic philosophy, these are known as the Pancha Tatvas or Pancha Mahabhutas. 💫
When these five elements are in balance, we feel healthy, peaceful, energetic, and in harmony with ourselves. When they become imbalanced, it can affect our physical, mental, and emotional health. 🧘♀️
In this special outdoor yoga session, Radhika ji and Subah ji take you through a mindful Five Elements Yoga Flow, helping you reconnect with each element within yourself and bring greater balance to your body, mind, and energy. 💛
In this session, you’ll learn:
🌍 How the five elements - Earth, Water, Fire, Air & Space - are connected to our body and wellbeing. 🌿
🧘♀️ How to observe and reconnect with the five elements within yourself. 💫
✨ A mindful yoga flow designed to create grounding, stability, movement, energy, and inner spaciousness. 🌸

Just as too much Air can create a storm and too much Fire can create intense heat, an imbalance of the elements within us can disturb the state of harmony within us. This practice is an invitation to slow down, become aware of your body and breath, and reconnect with the natural elements within you. 🧘♀️
As you practice, observe each element within yourself without judgement. Allow your breath, body, and awareness to guide you towards a deeper sense of balance and harmony. 🙏
Things to remember :
1. Practice on an empty stomach. Always keep a gap of at least 3 hours between your meal and practice. If you have had a fruit, 2 hours is good enough.
2. Wear loose cotton clothes while practicing. Please do NOT wear tight, polyester, dry-fit clothing while practicing yoga. Your skin needs fresh air as you get in and out of asanas.
3. Practice only as much as you comfortably can. Never try to force yourself into poses. Please remember to be gentle with yourself.
4. If you’re a complete beginner, it would be wise to keep a mirror next to you. This will help you observe yourself as you get in and out of asanas and allow you to self-correct.
5. Most importantly, practice with awareness. Yoga is not about forcing the body into a posture - it is about becoming more aware of your body, breath, mind, and inner energy.
🌿 Reconnect with nature.
🌸 Reconnect with yourself.
