On Borrowed Time: Chasing Candian Pacific 259 in Northeastern PA!

With Canadian Pacific pulling their ops south of Albany, NY, out for good in the near future, it was deemed necessary to shoot the Allentown, PA, to Binghamton, NY, manifest 259. I chased CP 259 well over 100 miles, on Norfolk Southern's Upper Lehigh Line, Reading & Northern's Mainline (CP gets trackage rights over NS & RBMN), and Canadian Pacific's Sunbury Sub, catching them at many scenic spots along the way. The power for 259 was CP SD60 6249 & SD40-2 5690. At Taylor Yard in Scranton, 259 doubled its train with CP D11, and picked up GP38-2 7305, GP40-2 4650, and a cut of cars. before continuing north. I also shot NS H67 before 259 appeared, and NS 13T while chasing the 259 on the RBMN. Was definitely cool to shoot video of a CP train before the end. Enjoy, and thanks For watching!
