We also explore why the physical body can be neglected after spiritual awakening. A person may become deeply focused on meditation, chakras, synchronicities, signs, separation and the other person while overlooking sleep, nourishment, movement, sexuality, emotions, relationships and ordinary life. Meditation can be valuable, but meditation alone does not automatically create complete embodiment or integration. Awakening can be sudden, embodiment is a process.
