Instant Pot Pork Nilaga | Beginner's Guide

This is the third dish I've prepared using my new Instant Pot Duo. The first two were Crispy Kare Kare and Beef Machado- both had amazingly tender meats and full of flavor! This Pork Nilaga is a delight to cook. A comfort soup dish perfect for a rainy day.
