I highly recommend going through his channel from 78rpm rips of gospel and foreign recordings from the early 20th century. Following up to yesterday's post is one of the dozens of LPs of Evangelist Billy C. Mitchell (1936-2019) of Jamestown, made with his wife Joyce, and children Wade and Ira Mitchell. The entire family is talented, especially Joyce and Ira who sing their hearts out on a couple tracks here. They released albums on the Lundy/Viola label from Barbourville, Ky, Crusade Records from Flora, IL, and their own label Faithful Witness. Hoping to clean up a copy of their earlier 1975 LP "Something Better Than Gold" which is also stellar!
