Kara-Shui – Igor Köshkendei with Ensemble Daia

This video was recorded on the 5th of September 2025 in the home of Rowan Hartsuiker, Netherlands. About the ensemble: Near the end of their tour Igor told me that Ensemble Daia was the name they might use for this ensemble, but he wasn't sure yet. I chose to go with it anyway, because otherwise they are a nameless group. Daia (Дая) is the Tuvan word for the honeysuckle plant.
