BUILDING AN EMPIRE FROM NOTHING

BUILDING AN EMPIRE- A day in the life of a construction business. The day starts at 4:00 AM on a concrete pour and doesn’t slow down from there. From early-morning jobsite checks to office work, project walkthroughs, and conversations about scaling the business, this is what building an empire really looks like behind the scenes. In this episode, Sage, John and Luke take you through a full day in the life of growing our construction business — checking on active projects, handling the work behind the scenes, touring an apartment complex to plan a future deal, and talking about what it takes to grow from where we are to where we want to be. The day wraps up with an important lunch meeting at Pinkerton’s BBQ in Houston with a large Louisiana-based company, including a behind-the-scenes tour of the pit. Good food, great conversations, and bigger opportunities. The goal isn’t just to build projects. It’s to build relationships, create opportunities, and grow something bigger than ourselves. This is the real side of construction and entrepreneurship — the early mornings, the decisions, the meetings, the vision, and the work it takes to turn ambition into something real.
