This segment starts in front of PAGASA Aparri Weather Surveillance Radar Station in Aparri till San Vicente Port in Santa Ana covering about 90 Km. The following Points of Interests were visited: 1. Aparri - Archdiocesan Shrine Of Our Lady Of The Rosary And St. Peter Thelmo Parish 2. Aparri - Hotel Dian Restaurant 3. Buguey - St. Anne Parish + Ruins 4. Santa Ana - San Vicente Fish Port 5. Santa Ana - Jotay Resort The road is good except the road widening jobs in Aparri. Its a straight forward drive to the Northern tip of Luzon's at Eastern Seaboard. Enjoy & have a safe trip!!!
