This pizza is an invention of Pakistani Bakeries. You can easily find this type of pizza at many famous bakeries around Pakistan. It is made using dough and chicken filling: chicken filling is made of chicken, onion, and green chilies majorly. There is no use of cheese in this pizza which make it affordable and cheap. It is very tasty in flavor and is a great return for the money. Ingredients: For Dough- All-purpose Flour-500g Dry Yeast 1/2tsp Oil 1/8cup 30ml Milk 1/8cup 30ml Salt 1/2tsp Sugar 0.75tsp Water 1.25cups For Chicken- Chicken Boneless 300g (boiled) Onion 300gms (chopped) Salt 1tsp to taste Black Pepper 1/2tsp Green Chilli Chopped 5tbs or 50g Ginger Paste 1tbs Garlic Paste 1tbs Milk 1/4cup Corn Flour 3tbs For Topping- Capsicum Tomato 1 jalapeno Eggs 3 Oven Settings- Preheat oven to 250c-280c Bake at 25-280c for 8 minutes Follow the video for the procedure and a better experience of taste.
