Recalled Testimony • Roles: Stark drove. Liverpool attended in the back. Destination Cedars-Sinai. • Radio dispute: Stark said he was in the cab and did not hear a no-alcohol report. • Form times: On scene 1112 PM. Base contact 1135 PM. Transport 1144 PM. • Jackson: The call was nine minutes before transport, so Stark was still in the back. • Stark: He sits in the cab until a destination is set, then they leave. He did not recall being next to the radio. • 902M morphine: Titrated 4, 4, and 2 milligrams. First push1123PM, 12 minutes before the 1135PM base order. Later pushes 1139PM and 1155PM. • Protocol: Alcohol is not a contraindication for morphine. He would have corrected Liverpool if he had heard a no-alcohol report because it affects ER toxicology and consciousness tracking. • Times: Watch estimates versus computer logs. Denied lying.
