We stepped out for a casual evening food plan, but something unexpected caught our attention on the way—a huge construction site that looked too interesting to ignore. We decided to go inside and discovered Provident Botanico, an upcoming residential project located around Soukya Road, Whitefield, Bangalore. The sales office was about to close, but luckily, we reached just in time and got the opportunity to explore their 3BHK model apartment. Provident Botanico offers 2 and 3BHK apartments in the Whitefield–Soukya Road area. The apartment we toured was approximately 1,400+ sq. ft. and included: 3 bedrooms 3 washrooms Living and dining area Kitchen 2 balconies We were quoted an indicative price of approximately ₹12,700–₹13,000 per sq. ft. In this vlog, we explore the complete model flat and share our honest first impressions of the layout, room sizes, balconies, kitchen and overall value for money. After the property visit, we planned to finally go out and eat—but Bangalore traffic was completely jam-packed. So we cancelled the dinner plan, returned home and decided to cook something ourselves.
