Police Officer Misconduct PACE Interviews

A police officer being interviewed under PACE as a suspect for possible criminal offences is entitled to the statutory safeguards under PACE. Here I review the 'vulnerable adult' for officers suffering with mental ill health (Depression, anxiety, PTSD) and their right to an appropriate adult in that interview.
