Field Grown Larch #2 - First styling

Spring 2024 styling of field grown larch (Larch #2) collected with the Ottawa Bonsai Club. In this video, we walk though our process of taking raw material toward the first steps of styling, including: selecting primary branches and the main trunk line, selecting buds to create future foliage pads, and thinning out the upper twigs to allow light to penetrate and stimulate canopy growth.
