K160 returns to the VGR after Twelve Years & Vintage Train 60th Anniversary- 22/8/26

Video from the 22nd of August 2026 with the Victorian Goldfields Railway's K160 returning to home rails after twelve years at Newport Workshops where it was given a thorough overhaul by VGR and Steamrail volunteers. K160 was accompanied on the trip by K183 (itself returning to Castlemaine for the first time in over twenty years) and T364, which was due to swap with T395 for use on the VGR. The trip doubled as one of the 60th Anniversary specials for Steamrail's 'Vintage Train', running as 8091 to Castlemaine, then after turning the K's and swapping out T364 for Y133 headed to Maldon as 701. Also included are a couple of shots of V/Line services taken while waiting, including both 8081 down and 8080 up Swan Hill passes with N453 and N460 in charge respectively.
