In this video, Hans van de Rakt explains how the Quality of Life Tour combines conversations, field research, observation and the Quality of Life Study to understand how people experience life in different places. The tour looks at three perspectives: People — What does a good life mean to them? Business — What conditions allow people to do good work and have a good life? Cities — What conditions make a city a good place to live, work and participate in? The research explores the relationship between conditions, experience and the life people would ideally choose.
