Adorable Kotor, Montenegro | 4K Walking Tour HDR

Kotor and I have something very special in common – a love of cats! Kotor is known as a city of cats, and there is a special “cat plaza” captured in this walk where the local cats are fed. Kotor is a walled city and although it’s ancient, the restaurants and shops and hotels inside the walls are fresh and vibrant, and gives you a feeling of a city that is eternal rather than a preserved historic artifact. I was in Kotor, Montenegro on September 11, 2024 and my favorite part of the city was a steep hour long hike up the mountain to Kotor Fortress for sunset – save the 20 Euros and go up the sneaky back route through the window! What you'll see: Beautiful architecture within an ancient walled city, St. Luke's church, Tryphon's Cathedral, the clocktower, and sea gate and Beskuća Square.
