Since the lockdowns 2020/21, we have yet to venture back out into the world to find and capture some cool cars. So what better way to start and kick-off our touring again with the insane and true one-off Steampunk Style 1924 Singer Sport Hot Rod build called 'Automatron'. This incredible machine was a labour of love, a 4 year process, built by Paul Bacon inside his garage in England. Paul started work on this custom car in 2015 and hand-built most of the parts exclusively for it. We journeyed to visit Paul and his #Automatron, spending a few hours capturing photographs and experiencing what it’s like to drive it on the open road. You might be surprised that the Automatron Steampunk Hot Rod isn't a slow coach but features a 3.5L #supercharged V8 engine that is powerful enough to attain a top speed of 110mph. This is our second #PaulBacon build we photographed. The other is #Cosmotron, which is an #EdRoth inspired #BubbleTop 1998 BMW Z3 with a 2.8-liter inline-six engine. --- Follow Us Online Here: Website: http://www.superflyautos.com Instagram:   / superfly_autos   Facebook:   / superflyautos   X: https://x.com/superflyautos Pinterest:   / superflyautos   #customcar #SingerSport #HotRod
