Stalemate | Victoria 2 Heirs to Aquitania

A coalition of European powers sails east to bring down Japan. Huge rule arguments ensue! Despite some serious flesh wounds, Japan and Teralarga are willing to call it a draw. The stalemate rule forces a war to end if neither side makes a move for 18 months. Both sides get to seize territory that they have occupied. But what if the rule is applied wrongly, in a ludicrous scenario? Does the invasion of mainland Japan and mainland Teralarga count as an offensive great enough to stop the stalemate timer? As Persia, I’m not just watching events unfold. As I wait for the truce with Russia, I plan to opportunistically use the chaos in Europe and Asia to grab some land. Loco won’t be happy with me as he urges a laser-focus on our partition, but Persia has greater ambitions. The Italian Hugbox. Aquitania. The Polish-Bohemian struggle for Zachadia as Germany watches.
