HOW TO TIE YOUR RUNNING SHOES: four different ways to tie your running shoes. Which is best for you? We all know how to tie our running shoes, but did you know there may be a better way to tie your running shoes depending on you, your foot shape, or the type of shoes you wear? In this video I demonstrate four different ways to tie your running shoes. 3:22: lacing for wide feet 3:52: Straight lacing to reduce lace pressure on top of your foot. 4:27: lacing for more space in toe box. 5:06: Lock-lacing to prevent heel slip.
