I found a "design disaster" floor plan that was so bad, I just couldn’t ignore it. In this Sims 4 floor plan fix, I’m taking a house with a bathroom opening directly into the kitchen (yes, really!) and transforming it into a functional, cozy, and intentional home. If you’ve ever struggled with awkward layouts or wasted space in your builds, this video is for you. I’ll show you my process for reworking room flow and using simple building techniques to make any layout feel like a real house. In this transformation, I fixed the biggest design mistakes: The Bathroom Crisis: Moved the bathroom away from the kitchen to a more private, logical location near the bedrooms. Wasted Space: Converted the unusable laundry area into a functional kitchen and dining space. Room Flow: Created a second bedroom and added dedicated closet spaces that were missing from the original plan. Smart Zoning: Used different floor levels (platforms) to divide the large open-plan living area without building unnecessary walls. The Final Touches: Added a cozy fireplace corner and a library nook to give the home a warm, lived-in atmosphere. My goal for this Sims 4 house layout redesign was to prove that you don’t need expensive furniture to fix a bad house—sometimes, it’s all about the floor plan. What’s the worst floor plan you’ve ever seen in The Sims 4? Let’s talk about it in the comments! 🌿 Subscribe to Simsa Creative for more Sims 4 building tips, floor plan fixes, and cozy transformations. #Sims4 #TheSims4 #Sims4Build #FloorPlanFix #Sims4Layout #HouseTransformation #SimsaCreative
