I Was Supposed to REST… Then 10 Dozen Ears of Corn Arrived! 🌽😂 | The Grind Never Ends

I thought I was having a REST DAY… and then I got a text. My day was supposed to be simple—just a morning walk and some much-needed rest. But then I read that my 10 dozen ears of sweet corn were ready for pickup, and suddenly that rest day turned into a full-blown corn-processing marathon! The grind NEVER ends when you're trying to preserve the garden! 💪🌽 Over the course of two very busy days, I shucked 10 dozen ears of sweet corn, blanched it, stripped all those golden kernels from the cob, bagged it up, and got it into the freezer. And because apparently I hadn't done enough… 😂 I also made a batch of homemade corn relish and canned it! At the end of the video, I'm sharing the corn relish recipe card so you can make it too. This is a safe canning recipe found in the Ball Blue Book of Canning, so it's one I'm comfortable adding to my preserving routine.
