Step Inside The Totally Packed Abandoned Rawlins Farm House Down South in the Carolina’s *Built 1888

Situated in a small old once thriving railroad town sits this beautiful old folk Victorian farmhouse built in the late 1800’s for the town doctor. Originally when the house was built the first floor was for patients and the doctor lived upstairs with his wife and family. Sometime in the early 1900’s the doctor passed away and the house was passed on to his son who continued running the practice until a newer hospital was built down the road in the 1960’s. Then the house became a rental property for the next few decades until the last tenants moved out and with the expenses of maintenance and repairs, the house was vacated in the late 1990’s early 2000’s. Since then this stunning old farmhouse has been rotting away with its future uncertain. So many cool old details in this house from the ornate fireplace mantles or the beautiful gingerbread along the wraparound porch. Such a neat old place hope it will be saved before it’s too late.
