Not Paying His Dues

The plaintiff says he’s the president of a homeowners association where the defendant lives. He claims the defendant hasn’t paid any dues for two years, so he’s suing for what the association is owed. The defendant says he’s withholding the fees in protest because the snow removal is bad, there are weeds everywhere, and lights don’t work. Case #24-193
