HS2 Saltley to Curzon Street Station August 2026

This film starts above the site of Saltley Viaduct, which has been demolished, and the replacement is under construction. We then see a brief view where the curved Duddeston Viaduct will carry HS2 over the Birmingham to Derby lines Next we move on to a view from near Lawley Street Freightliner Terminal, where we can also see 4 class 66 locos awaiting their next duties. We then see the 150 metre long Curzon 2 bridge, which will carry HS2 over the Birmingham to Aston and Sutton Coldfield / Walsall routes, and the flat bridge over Lawley Middleway, before looking at the construction site for Birmingham Curzon Street station.
