BMFA Credgington Trophy at OMFC Port Meadow 2026

The Credgington went very well today with 12 entries in the main BMFA event organised and judged in a lovely relaxed manner by Mike and Phil Smith. The event was warmer and slightly windier than forecast but I think we all had a good time. The heat and associated thermal created some difficult conditions for our flying realism based competition. Congratulations to the winner of the wonderful Credgington Trophy... none other than our own Mr Peter Fardell with his fine flying Stinson Sentinel ( now sponsored by Locktite ;-) ) Second was another HPA parishioner Bill Dennis with his Stinson while joint third were Mike Stuart with his DH Fox Moth and me with my Cessna 170 Huge thanks as always at these event to Pete Fardell for all the extra filming. The videos would only half as good without your efforts
