Ingredients • 4~5 Tomatoes puree (boiled with a piece of beetroot) • 1 tbsp grated Garlic • 1 tsp Mixed herbs / Pizza seasoning / Oregano • 1 tsp Chili flakes • 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder • 1 tsp Salt • 2 tbsp Sugar • 4 Bread slices • 2~3 tbsp Butter • 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese • 1/4 cup thinly sliced Onion • 1/4 cup boiled Sweet corn • 1/4 cup thinly sliced Capsicum • 1/4 cup thinly sliced Tomato (without seeds) Method 1. Take tomato puree in a bowl and add grated garlic to it. 2. Add mixed herbs, chili flakes, black pepper powder, salt, and sugar into the bowl. 3. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly to prepare the instant pizza sauce. 4. Arrange four bread slices close to each other on a flat surface to form a large square. 5. Place a round dish over the arranged bread slices and cut through them to make a perfect round pizza base shape. 6. Heat a pan on low flame and melt some butter on it. 7. Place the cut bread slices on the pan and toast them from only one side until it is crispy. 8. Remove the toasted bread slices from the pan and turn off the gas. 9. Add some more butter to the same hot pan and let it melt. 10. Arrange the bread slices back on the pan with their untoasted side facing down. 11. Spread a good amount of the prepared pizza sauce evenly over the top toasted side of the bread slices. 12. Spread mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce. 13. Arrange sliced onion, boiled sweet corn, capsicum, and tomato pieces over the cheese layer. 14. Sprinkle a little black pepper powder, pizza seasoning, and chili flakes over the vegetables. 15. Add another light layer of cheese over the top of the vegetables. 16. Cover the pan with a lid, turn on the gas to a very low heat, and let it cook until the cheese melts completely. 17.
