Her mother tells the jury what she says she heard on April 7. Then, for the first time, Tyreek Hill tells his side, questioned first by his own attorneys. Keeta Vaccaro Hill is suing Tyreek Hill, the NFL star she married, over eight incidents she says happened behind closed doors during their 18-month marriage. Hill denies the allegations, and his side says the records made at the time tell a different story. This is a civil trial: the jury decides liability by the greater weight of the evidence, and nothing here is a finding. On Day 3 her mother walks the jury to the April 7, 2025 911 call, and the psychologist her lawyers retained gives a diagnosis that Hill's side answers with her fees and the records she never saw. Watch the order of questioning. Her side called Tyreek Hill, but the judge let his own attorneys go first and denied the motion to reconsider, so the jury heard nearly two hours of his account before her lawyers asked a single question. And the 2014 Espinal clip was argued twice with no ruling heard on the record. The judge holds off. 1:26:26 Dr. Sheila Rapa, the plaintiff's psychologist, testifies by video. 1:58:40 Why so few of the allegations left a mark: "done behind closed doors." 2:14:09 Her diagnosis: post-traumatic stress disorder. 2:15:41 Cross: four years of civil testimony, all for plaintiffs, she accepts, at 400 an hour. 2:31:11 "Did you alter these notes?" His answer, then a night after the divorce filing. 4:35:05 The allegations one at a time, from January 11, 2024 through Orlando and the cigar. 4:53:16 May 15, 2024: his attorney asks whether he ever said she was not safe. Listen to his answer. 5:02:31 April 7, 2025: where he says he was, the nanny cam video, and "I got an F minus." 5:11:44 "Not a chance, man." His direct ends. 5:13:33 Jury out: Hill is told not to discuss his testimony overnight. Her cross is Friday. --- COMPLETE CASE COVERAGE justiceisaprocess.com SUBSCRIBE for daily trial coverage and hit the notification bell so you never miss testimony.
