Classic Sunday POT ROAST in the Instant Pot

I'm preparing a Classic Sunday POT ROAST in the instant pot! Pot roast is a classic, family favorite. I did this in an Instant Pot for tender, juicy flavor in a short amount of time. I included a few leftover vegetables from my fridge, but you can use whatever ingredients you like or have. As I type this, I'm thinking maybe I could have squeezed a tablespoon of sriracha sauce in it!
