Everything Wrong with Colorado's New Train

Colorado Connector, or CoCo is Colorado's newest train. Some of the line is getting built either way, but a measure is on the ballot to increase taxes to fund a train service from Fort Collins to Colorado Springs (and eventually further) and provide more frequency. The program has problems, but it's a cost-conscious infrastructure project and we should still build it.
