And thank you all for your love and support. 🙏🎶❤️ 🍇🥣 CREMA FREDDA DI RICOTTA, FICHI BIANCHI E LIMONE 🍋 Per circa 3–4 porzioni: 🥣 230 g di ricotta vaccina 🍇 250–300 g di fichi bianchi freschi, già puliti 🍋 1 limone biologico 🍚 30–35 g di zucchero a velo 🍋 1 cucchiaino di succo di limone ✨ Poca scorza grattugiata di limone 👨‍🍳 PREPARAZIONE 1️⃣ Pela i fichi e tagliali a pezzi. 🍇 2️⃣ Frullane circa 200 g fino a ottenere una purea cremosa. 🥣 3️⃣ Lavora la ricotta con lo zucchero a velo fino a renderla liscia e vellutata. 🤍 4️⃣ Aggiungi la purea di fichi, il succo di limone e un po' di scorza grattugiata. 🍇🍋 5️⃣ Frulla brevemente tutto insieme fino a ottenere una crema omogenea. ✨ 6️⃣ Metti in frigorifero per almeno 3 ore. ❄️ 💡 IL MIO CONSIGLIO ❤️ Tieni da parte alcuni pezzetti di fico e aggiungili alla fine: daranno alla crema una piacevole consistenza con piccoli pezzi di frutta. 🍇😋 🍧 VARIANTE SORBETTO Se preferisci trasformarla in un dessert più fresco e simile a un sorbetto, metti il composto in freezer per almeno 30 minuti, mescolandolo durante il raffreddamento. ❄️🍧 ✨ Un dessert semplice, fresco e delicato, dove la dolcezza dei fichi incontra la cremosità della ricotta e la freschezza del limone. 🍇🤍🍋 🇬🇧 🍇🥣 CHILLED RICOTTA, WHITE FIG & LEMON CREAM 🍋✨ For approximately 3–4 servings: 🥣 230 g cow’s milk ricotta 🍇 250–300 g fresh white figs, already cleaned 🍋 1 organic lemon 🍚 30–35 g powdered sugar, according to the sweetness of the figs 🍋 1 teaspoon lemon juice ✨ A little grated lemon zest 👨‍🍳 Preparation 1️⃣ Peel the figs and cut them into pieces. 🍇 2️⃣ Blend about 200 g of the figs until you obtain a smooth puree. 🥣 3️⃣ Work the ricotta with the powdered sugar until smooth and creamy. 🤍 4️⃣ Add the fig puree, lemon juice and a little grated lemon zest. 🍇🍋 5️⃣ Blend everything briefly until you obtain a smooth, homogeneous cream. ✨ 6️⃣ Refrigerate for at least 3 hours. ❄️ 💡 MY TIP: ❤️ Keep a few pieces of fig aside and add them at the end.
