Excerpt of the World Premiere at ClarinetFest 2026 Incheon, South Korea – July 8, 2026 The Goldilocks Zone (scientifically known as the habitable zone) is the region around a star where conditions are just right—neither too hot nor too cold—for liquid water to exist on a planet's surface, making life as we know it possible. In this performance, I use gesture-controlled MIDI and sound to manipulate audio, video, and effects in real time. My setup consists of two Genki Rings, one NM2 (ThisIsNoise), Glover (MIMU), Ableton Live, and VS2 (Imaginando). Together, these technologies transform my movements into an immersive audiovisual experience in which sound, electronics, and generative visuals evolve as a single expressive performance.
