Reacting to a Woman Fired From Her New Job After Skipping Her Two Weeks Notice

She quit her job of three years without finishing her two weeks, started somewhere new, and got let go almost immediately. Now she's out two jobs. In this reaction video I respond to a viral clip of a young woman screaming after losing her brand new job. I get the frustration, especially in this economy, but I also explain why skipping your two weeks notice can be a red flag to a new employer, why "old boomer rules" are still the reality of the working world, and why it's worth taking a breath before you work yourself into a frenzy. I also share stories from running my own crews, including the worker who quit at lunch on his first day, and the time I walked out on a landscaping job myself, and what it cost me.
