1500 × SubhanAllahi wa Bihamdihi · SubhanAllahil Azeem · Hasbunallah wa Ni'mal Wakeel · La Hawla wa La Quwwata illa Billah The Dhikr of the Four Treasures Pure Voice, No Instruments — Arabic — سُبْحَانَ اللّٰهِ وَبِحَمْدِهِ سُبْحَانَ اللّٰهِ الْعَظِيْمِ حَسْبُنَا اللّٰهُ وَنِعْمَ الْوَكِيْلُ لَا حَوْلَ وَلَا قُوَّةَ إِلَّا بِاللّٰهِ لَا إِلٰهَ إِلَّا اللّٰهُ مُحَمَّدٌ رَسُوْلُ اللّٰهِ — English — Glory be to Allah, and praise be to Him. Glory be to Allah, the Most Great. Allah is sufficient for us, and He is the best Disposer of affairs. There is no power nor strength except with Allah. There is no god but Allah. Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah. — The Story — 1500 times. Four phrases. One heart being quietly rebuilt. These phrases are pillars a tired soul can lean on when the world becomes heavy. Praise when you have nothing to give. Glorification when you cannot understand. Trust when the plans you made are not working. And surrender when your own strength runs out. Glorify. Trust. Surrender. Testify. 🌿 SubhanAllahi wa Bihamdihi. Glory be to Allah, and praise be to Him. The Prophet ﷺ said whoever says this one hundred times a day, his sins are wiped away though they be like the foam of the sea (Sahih al-Bukhari 6405, Sahih Muslim 2691, narrated by Abu Hurayrah RA). 🌸 SubhanAllahil Azeem. Glory be to Allah, the Most Great. The Prophet ﷺ said: Two phrases light on the tongue, heavy on the scale, beloved to the Most Merciful: Subhan Allahi wa Bihamdihi, Subhan Allahil Azeem (Sahih al-Bukhari 6682, Sahih Muslim 2694, narrated by Abu Hurayrah RA). 💜 Hasbunallahu wa Ni'mal Wakeel. Allah is sufficient for us, and He is the best Disposer of affairs. The words of the believers when armies gathered against them (Quran, Aal Imran 3:173; see Sahih al-Bukhari 4563). 🕊️ La Hawla wa La Quwwata illa Billah. There is no power nor strength except with Allah. The Prophet ﷺ described it as a treasure from the treasures of Paradise (Sahih al-Bukhari 6384, Sahih Muslim 2704, narrated by Abu Musa al-Ash'ari RA). 1500 times is not a number from a hadith. It is a practice of those who found that when the tongue keeps returning, the heart eventually follows. Glorify. Trust. Surrender. Testify. — Listen When — Your chest is tight and you cannot name the reason. The plans you made are not working and you are learning to let go. It is 3 AM and worry will not release you. You feel weak and want to remember Who holds real strength. You want your day to begin, or end, wrapped in remembrance. — Quran — Allah is sufficient for us, and He is the best Disposer of affairs. (Aal Imran 3:173) So remember Me, I will remember you. (Al Baqarah 2:152) Verily, in the remembrance of Allah do hearts find rest.
