Mugen Demonstration: God Banned Rugal

From most of the creators of Dreamland Geese comes God Banned Rugal. This Rugal is quite cray cray, and while I'm aware I'm a bit late to the party I said I would make a demo once this was completed. I did edit the power of Rugal in a few parts to make my life somewhat easier. Yes, this is another kyouakuchar. Few corrections (9/24/2026): I got Cat B confused it's Maxwell the cat not Uni the cat. Got it confused since both are the same coloring Melt/Your/Eyes makes all attacks unblockable. Although this isn't mentioned in the readme at all.
