Three numbers decide your marketing budget. Not a percentage from an industry survey.
If you want us to look at where your patients are leaking between the click and the chair: https://calendly.com/flowcompany/clin...
If you've just opened, or you're shifting into private practice, a percentage of your current revenue is a percentage of a number you don't want to keep. This video walks the actual math: what a patient is worth to you, what you keep of it, and what it costs you to bring one in. Then where that money goes channel by channel, what $3,000 in Google Ads really buys once it hits your front desk, and what I'd spend first if the whole budget is $500.
I also show our own numbers. $374 in a July stretch, four booked appointments, roughly $94 each.
