Kriyas & the Cloud of Unknowing ~ Shinzen Young

Shinzen talks about the universality of meditation despite the very different cultures, doctrines, theologies and the world views of differing practitioners. He talks about the "Cloud of Unknowing" written in the latter half of the 14th century which is considered a Christian spiritual classic on the contemplative path.
