Automatic frozen french fries production line with hourly capacity ranging from 0.5 to 15 tons. The complete line consists of steam peeler, hydro cutter, blanching & color protection unit, dryer, fryer, de-oiler, quick freezer and supporting packaging equipment. The main body of the whole machine is made of 304 stainless steel, equipped with SEW gear reducers and Retro-grader retrogradation & humidity conditioning unit, with peeling loss controlled at 4%–7%.
