Swanage Railway Autumn Steam Gala 2026

Swanage held its annual Autumn Steam Gala held in September 2026. Billed as one visitor guest Peppercorn A1 pacific new build no.60163 Tornado to visit the line for the autumn steam gala ran with the home fleet during the weekend of 11th -13th September. Home fleet had its usual bulleid battle of britain class no.34070 Manston & 34072 257 Squadron, SR U boat no.31806 & LSWR T3 no.563. All ran on the branch with an gala timetable from Swanage all the way to River Frome outside of Wareham where the Swanage/Network Rail boundary is. All filmed during 11th & 12th September 2026. Enjoy!
