5 Years in Ecuador and We Might Be Moving (Kind Of)

Are we moving? After five years living in Ecuador with our four kids, it's a question we never thought we'd be asking. In this expat family update, we share what's changed and why we're considering a move. We're Blake and Brittany, an expat family raising four children in Ecuador, and we LOVE it here. So, to be entirely transparent: we're not talking about a huge move. Five minutes away, maybe? Certainly no more than ten. But the fact that we're considering it at all shows that circumstances change, and it's hard to predict what life will look like five years from any given day. It also shows that we don't always know what the "right" thing to do is, or whether there even is a right choice and a wrong one. As of publication, we're just not sure.
